The District and Union mutually agree that the District shall set up a procedure so that when an call the Academic Support Personnel employee is in a building working by his/herself the employee shall call the Administrative Service Center (ASC) to report the occurrence. An administrator will provide a schedule for regular phone calls to the employees to ensure that the employee is safe.
