Upon retirement, teachers who have taught in the District for twenty (20) or more consecutive years and who have not received a pay increase under section 9.1 will be paid twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day for each accumulated sick leave day.

Payroll Deduction Authorization — Proper authorization for membership payroll deductions shall be the signature of the employee on an authorization form.
