After receiving the decision of the Board, the parties may, by mutual agreement, submit the grievance-to-grievance mediation. If both parties agree to the grievance mediation procedure, both will request the services of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service to assign a grievance mediator.

Off Schedule Bonus Yr1 — One and one-half times regular hourly rate for overtime beyond 40 hours per week
Instructional Aides, Instructional Assistants, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Assistants, Secretaries, Screening Technicians, and Custodian required by the administration to work beyond a forty (40) hour work week, will be given compensatory time off or be paid one and one-half times their regular hourly rate of pay for each hour beyond forty (40).
