Each teacher shall be offered the opportunity to participate in a group health and major medical policy. The Board shall pay for the duration of this Agreement up to a maximum of $525.00 per month toward the individual insurance premium on a twelve (12) month basis.

Employees who are eligible for Board paid health insurance under Article 16.4 may waive entitlement to insurance coverage and receive a monthly bonus payment of $200.00 per month minus regular payroll deductions.
