Drug Alcohol Testing Monthly — A query through FMCSA Clearinghouse conducted annually on each driver. Drivers subject to monthly random drug and alcohol testing. Once prospective school bus driver obtains Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP), they must be part of FMCSA Clearinghouse. Both FMCSA and Geneva CUSD 304 require school bus drivers continue to be part of Clearinghouse for duration of employment.
A query, through the FMCSA Clearinghouse, will be conducted on each driver, annually. Drivers will be subject to monthly random drug and alcohol testing. Once a prospective school bus driver in training obtains their Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP), they must be part of the FMCSA Clearinghouse. Both FMCSA and Geneva CUSD 304 require school bus drivers to continue to be part of the Clearinghouse for the duration of their employment as a school bus driver.
