Arbitration Binding — Final and binding arbitration available at Step 3
the Association may submit the grievance to final and binding arbitration within ten (10) days of receipt of the Board's Step II response. The American Arbitration Association shall act as the administrator of the proceedings.

Bereavement Days — Up to three paid bereavement days per school term
Teachers will be granted up to three (3) paid bereavement days each school term, not to be rolled over, for death in Employees immediate family or household

Contract Days Teacher — Contract day runs 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM with 45 minutes lunch (30 uninterrupted)
Bargaining members will be on duty from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM with forty-five (45) minutes of lunch of which thirty (30) minutes are uninterrupted
