An attempt shall be made to resolve any grievance in informal, verbal discussion between complainant and his/her immediate superior. If the grievance cannot be resolved informally, the aggrieved Employee shall file the grievance in writing. In the event a grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved at the Second Step, the aggrieved Employee shall file, within five (5) days of the appropriate administrator's written decision or answer at the Second Step, a copy of the grievance with the Superintendent.

Health Single Premium — $173 stipend per month for single insurance
The Board will fully fund single insurance for all full-time employees. Members currently enrolled in single + spouse, single + children, and/or family will be given a $173 stipend per month to help with premium costs.
