In the event that the Union is not satisfied with the result of the grievance at the previous steps, the dispute shall be resolved by an arbitrator. The arbitrator shall limit his/her decision to the interpretation, application or enforcement of this Agreement.

Ba Max Salary — Program assistants receive maximum of ten (10) years credit for prior work experience at other schools
For prior work experience at other schools and/or special education cooperatives, credit may be given for a maximum of ten (10) years. New employees will not be placed at a higher step than the current step placement for an existing employee.

For each school year, the salary increase for any off-schedule program assistant will be a 3.25% increase over that program assistant's prior year base salary (exclusive of longevity if received).
