Licensed educator staff members who have entered upon contractual continued service shall be evaluated at least once every two years. These employees may be evaluated more frequently at their request.

Grievance Steps — Three-step grievance procedure: Step I with Director, Step II with SESE Board, Step III Arbitration
Step I – The employee or the Association may present the grievance in writing to the Director. Step II – If the grievance is not resolved at Step I, the Association may refer to the SESE Board. Step III – If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition at Step II, submit to final and binding arbitration.

Health Single Premium — SESE Board shall contribute $700.00 per month toward the cost of group health insurance coverage
During the term of this Agreement the SESE Board shall contribute $700.00 per month toward the cost of group health insurance coverage provided by the District.

Upon approval of the SESE Board, an additional four (4) days may be granted, the cost of which is to be paid by the Association.

Personal Days Annual — Perfect work attendance defined as no lost work time for any reason during pupil attendance days
Any employee who has perfect work attendance for an entire school year shall receive a$600.00 stipend paid on the June payroll. Perfect work attendance is defined to mean no lost work time for any reason during the pupil attendance days of their assigned districts.
