Any member of the bargaining unit with a complaint may request a meeting with his/her supervisor to attempt to resolve the same. If a problem cannot be resolved informally, a teacher may file a grievance in writing with the Superintendent, who shall schedule a meeting to discuss the same within seven (7) days.
