Extra Trip = $16 per hour. Bus inspection trips and bus repair trips are considered part of the duty of the bus driver and not subject to extra pay.

Leave
Sick Days Annual — 12 days for 1-3 years of service
Each employee shall be credited with the following sick leave according to the years of service to the district. Years of in-district experience: 1-3, Number of Sick Days: 12

Sick Leave Max Days — Maximum 340 days for TRS employees; 240 days for IMRF employees
Unused sick leave may accumulate to a maximum of three hundred forty (340) days for employees in the Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) or two hundred forty (240) days for employees in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).

Non-Certified Employee Pay Schedule (Appendix 2) sets forth wage schedules for all non-certified positions.

Tuition Reimbursement Annual Budget — District makes up to $7,500 available per fiscal year for tuition reimbursement at 75% of costs
The District will make up to $7,500.00 available during each fiscal year of this agreement available for tuition. Reimbursement will be at the rate of 75% of the tuition costs and specifically excludes other cost such as books, materials, or travel.
