Arbitration Binding — Binding arbitration available under Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association
the Association and/or Board may mutually submit the grievance to arbitration under the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, which shall act as the administrator of the proceedings.

During the 22-23 school year, all the members of the CCEA shall advance one step on the salary schedule. In addition to the step, Association members will also receive an additional $2275 increase on each cell

Grievance Steps — Three-step grievance procedure: Step 1 with supervisor, Step 2 with Board/Superintendent, Step 3 with arbitration
Step 1 - The teacher or the Association may present the grievance in writing to the immediately involved supervisor, who will arrange for a meeting to take place within five (5) days after receipt of the grievance.

Health Single Premium — $8,500 Board contribution for single health insurance

During the 22-23 school year, all the members of the CCEA shall advance one step on the salary schedule.
