The normal work day shall be eight (8) clock hours for each building with the starting and ending times to be determined by the Board.

The mentor shall have five years teaching experience and be tenured in the district. A teacher who previously attained tenure in another district may mentor based on administrator recommendation.

The mentor shall be paid $475.00 per year per mentee. Mentors will be paid in one lump sum at the end of the school year. Should the new mentee start after the beginning of the school year, the mentor will receive a prorated amount.
