Each full-time bargaining unit member shall be entitled to ten (10) days of sick leave each school year. After completion of ten (10) full-time years of service in the District, a bargaining unit member shall be entitled to twelve (12) days of sick leave each school year. After completion of twenty (20) full-time years of service in the District, a bargaining unit member shall be entitled to fifteen (15) days of sick leave each school year.
