Agreement Copies Provision — Within 10 school days of ratification, Board provides print-ready and electronic copy of ratified Agreement
Within ten (10) school days of ratification of the Agreement, the Board shall provide a print-ready and an electronic copy of the ratified Agreement prepared in a manner acceptable to both parties.

The teaching assignments of any bargaining unit member or the responsibilities of any position in the bargaining unit will not be substantially altered, increased, or transferred to a person not a member of the bargaining unit without prior negotiation with the Organization.

A teacher who completed the maximum step number of the lane in 2022-2023 shall earn the 'L' salary for that same lane in 2023-2024. A teacher who completed the salary schedule shall have his/her salary increased by 5.75%.
