Agriculture Instructors will be allowed up to (30) days per diem (1/180th of the employee's placement on the salary schedule) for agriculture instruction working during the summer

Arbitration Binding — Binding arbitration through American Arbitration Association with alternating strike selection
If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step 2, the Association may submit the grievance within twenty (20) days to binding arbitration. The parties shall request that the American Arbitration Association submit to them a list of five (5) arbitrators.
