Aides Assistant Coaches Hiring β Hiring of aides and assistant coaches done with consultation of affected teachers and coaches; qualified personnel required; Board conducts interview
The usage and hiring of all aides and assistant coaches should take place when possible with the consultation of the teachers and head coaches who will be directly affected. Upon hiring of the aides or the assistant coaches, the teacher or head coach will be notified as soon as possible.

For all work performed on Sundays and holidays, the ESPs shall be paid time and one-half (1 Β½ ) of the hourly rate for Sundays and double time for holidays.
