The Board shall deduct from each employee's pay the current dues of the HFT, provided that the Board has an employee-executed authorization for continuing dues deduction.

Duty Free Lunch Period — duty-free lunch period equal to the regular local school lunch period but not less than thirty (30) minutes each school day
Teachers whose duties require attendance at the school for four (4) or more clock hours in any school day shall be entitled to and be allowed a duty-free lunch period equal to the regular local school lunch period but not less than thirty (30) minutes each school day.

Retirement Incentive Bonus — TRS creditable earnings increased by six percent (6%) over prior year for each year of eligibility
In exchange for the teacher's binding, irrevocable resignation on a date certain, the District agrees to remove the teacher from the salary schedule and for each year of eligibility, the teacher's TRS creditable earnings will be increased by six percent (6%).
