This Agreement shall be in full force and effect until June 30, 2024, and shall continue from year to year, unless written notice of termination or desire to modify shall be given by either party at least thirty (30) days prior to June 30, 24.

All faculty members hired on a full-time basis are granted 90 extended emergency sick days that can be used for parental leave (birth, adoption, or illness of a child), non-elective doctor's appointments and surgeries, catastrophic illness, or bereavement.

The Binax Test is a fast-acting antigen test approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and distributed to the State for use in a variety of settings, including schools. The Binax Test is administered through a nasal swab and results are available within 15 minutes

Curriculum Work Rate — Curriculum work rate for 2026-2029
Faculty members who perform internal substitutions and faculty members approved to perform curriculum work outside of the contractual day shall be compensated according to the following schedule: Curriculum Rate 2026-2027 $40/hour; 2027-2028 $40/hour; 2028-2029 $40/hour.
