The Board of Education of the Vandalia C.U.S.D. 203 shall take no reprisals, including but not limited to, any adverse action or discrimination with respect to hiring, discharge, promotion, demotion, transfer, assignment, wages, fringe benefits (i.e. insurance), hours or any other terms or conditions of employment because of the employee's participation in activities on behalf of or other conduct related to the work stoppage.
