Arbitration Binding — final and binding arbitration
If the Association is not satisfied with the Step 3 response, the Association shall submit the grievance to final and binding arbitration. If a demand for arbitration is not filed with the American Arbitration Association within thirty (30) days of the date of the Step 3 response, then the grievance shall be deemed withdrawn.
