Arbitration Binding — true

Ba Min Salary — BA Step 1 base salary from Appendix A (2014-2015)

Bereavement Days — Bereavement leave limited to three (3) days per school year after sick leave exhausted
Bereavement leave is only granted after a staff member has used up all available sick leave and is limited to three (3) days, per school year.

Workday
Instructional Minutes Day — Workday is 7 hours 10 minutes (430 minutes); 8:20 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with 30-minute duty-free lunch
The workday for bargaining unit members shall not be more than seven (7) hours ten (10) minutes. Employees shall be required to report to work at 8:20 a.m. and shall be released at 3:30 p.m.

Personal Days Annual — Each teacher may be granted two (2) personal leave days annually
Each teacher may be granted two (2) personal leave days annually to be used for business which cannot reasonably be conducted outside of regular school hours.
Retirement
Retirement Pickup Pct — Board pays the entire required TRS employee contribution (approximately 9.4%) on behalf of each teacher
The Board agrees to deduct and remit from the established compensation schedule to the Teacher Retirement System on behalf of each teacher, the entire required TRS amount due on creditable earnings. The Board will continue to pay to TRS from future established compensation schedules, on behalf of each teacher, the entire required TRS amount due on creditable earnings and shelter said amount for tax purposes.
