In the event that the Board chooses not to hear the grievance or if the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step Four, the Association may submit the grievance to final and binding arbitration. Mr. Baker moved, second by Mr. Rodewald to approve the tentative three (3) year collective bargaining agreement with the Trico Education Association.

The Board shall authorize payment of salaries on the 15th and 30th of the month or in accordance with a pay schedule that will be published at the beginning of the school year. All staff members will be paid on a twelve (12) month basis through direct deposit.

The Board shall grant three (3) days of Required Court Leave at full pay. Such leave shall not accumulate. Notification for such leave shall be given to Superintendent at least three (3) days prior to such leave.

Health Family Premium — For 11 and 12 month employees with dependent coverage: Board pays 100% employee premium plus 50% of difference (pre-July 1, 2025 rates not specified)
For 11 and 12 month employees who elect dependent coverage for children and/or spouse, the Board shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the employee's premium and fifty percent (50%) of the difference for the additional coverage paid by the Board.

The Transportation Secretary 'on call' to secure drivers and substitute drivers shall have a stipend of one thousand one hundred dollars ($1100) to compensate for time spent working outside of the regular work day and calendar year.
