Ba Min Salary — Base starting salary $36,400 without TRS
Effective 2023-2024 school year for fiscal year 2024, the base starting salary is $36,400 without TRS, which equates to $40,000 including TRS.

The Board shall pay 100% of the District approved health and life insurance for each employee needing single coverage and 70% of the District approved health and life insurance for each employee needing coverage beyond the single plan.

Grievance Steps — Two-step grievance procedure: superintendent level and Board of Education level
Grievance may be processed as follows: Step 1 to superintendent within 10 working days. Step 2 to Board of Education within 30 calendar days if not resolved at superintendent level.

Instructional Minutes Day — Planning time of not less than 40 minutes per day
Each teacher shall have planning time of no less than forty (40) minutes per day.

Lane Advancement Allowed — Teachers can earn salary increases through degree advancement: BA, BA+16, BA+24, MA, MA+16, MA+32
Teachers will receive the following salary increase on their individual salary when they reach the following degree and graduate levels due to graduate level coursework: BA8: $1,000; BA16: $1,000; BA24: $1,000; MA: $1,500; MA16: $1,500; MA32: $1,500

Off Schedule Bonus Yr1 — $1,000 stipend for teaching more than 5 Junior/Senior High preps or Special Education
Any certified teacher teaching more than 5 Junior/Senior High School and/or Special Education preps, where prep is defined as an individual different course that the teacher is teaching, in a semester will receive a $1,000 stipend for that semester.
