Base Salary Increase Yr1 — District Retirement Salary Increase: 6% increase to TRS creditable earnings for up to 4 years
The Board agrees to increase the teacher's TRS creditable earnings by 6% over the teacher's previous year's reported TRS creditable earnings for up to four (4) years. The increase will begin in the school year following that in which the member submits the required notice of retirement.

Lane Advancement Allowed — Longevity paid for members on lane MA+30 beyond step 20. Horizontal movement allowed with approved coursework completion by September 1 or March 1 with transcript.
