Arbitration Binding — Association to defend Board in legal action for compliance with fair share provisions at Association's own expense and through its own counsel
In the event of any legal action against the Board brought in a court or administrative agency because of the Board's compliance with this Section, the Association agrees to defend such action, at its own expense and through its own counsel, provided: The Board gives immediate notice of such action in writing to the Association, and permits the Association intervention as a party if it so desires.

Educational Support Personnel, on an annual basis, may request a voluntary transfer between buildings for the following school term provided a vacancy exists and that the request is placed in writing and submitted to the designated administrator no later than April 1st of the preceding school year.

One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) term life insurance per each One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) of annual earnings, with a minimum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) will be provided to each ESP employee who is employed who works at least thirty (30) hours per week and at least nine (9) months per year.

Instructional Minutes Day — Full-time teacher work load consists of eight (8) periods which shall include five (5) instructional periods or four and a half (4.5) instructional periods and a half period for advisory
