Accidental Death Dismemberment — Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance equal to 100% of teacher's annual salary rounded to nearest one thousand dollars
The Board shall provide Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Teacher's annual salary.
Grievance
Arbitration Binding — Final and binding arbitration available after Step III Board hearing
If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step III, the Association may submit the grievance to final and binding arbitration. Such submission shall take place no later than ten (10) days from the receipt of the Board's decision.

Assault Leave — Full pay status during disability from physical assault; remainder of school year
A Teacher who is absent due to physical disability resulting from a physical assault which occurs in the course of Board employment will be maintained on full pay status during the period of disability for a period up to the remainder of the school year.

Association Leave Days — 8 days annually for representatives to attend local, state, or national conferences
The Association shall receive a total of eight (8) days annually to send representatives to local, state, or national conferences. Utilization of these days shall be without loss of pay or benefits.

The meeting process shall be promptly implemented when a class reaches twenty-five (25) students and at that time will include the affected teacher(s) and representative(s) of the administration.

If the grievance is not resolved at Step I, then the Association may refer the grievance to the Superintendent.
