Prior to the District implementing a change to the 403(b) plan or changing third-party administrators, the District will notify its labor organizations and meet its bargaining obligations consistent with the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. The third-party administrator will have the ability to make changes to the plan only to ensure it remains in compliance with federal laws and regulations and all employees shall be notified of any said changes.
