In order to fulfill the unique responsibilities of the positions, lawful and reasonable exceptions to the Work Day and Lunch and Relief Periods will be made by the building principal in cooperation with the Association, for employees in the role of Behavior Interventionist or Alternative Classroom (ACR) Teacher.

The Association and the Board agree to engage in meetings a minimum of (1) time each year, in order to facilitate effective communications between the parties.
