Each employee and his/her spouse or adult guest shall be admitted without charge to home school events. The employee must be present with their spouse or guest. This includes tournaments hosted by Lena-Winslow, excluding the IHSA championship series.

The Association and the employer agree that, at the request of the Association, up to one hour will be made available within the first month of employment for orientation of and assistance to a new employee. This hour shall not be considered for the purposes of overtime.

Teachers shall have the option of receiving their pay on a ten or a twelve-month basis. Teachers will be paid bi-weekly per the attached schedule (Appendix D).

Each employee shall be allowed three days to be used for personal reasons. New employees during their probationary period will be granted one personal day after 3 months of service and their second and third days after 6 months of service.

Physical Examination — New employees must furnish evidence of physical fitness and freedom from communicable diseases; examination at District expense, taken within 90 days before submission
New employees must furnish evidence of physical fitness to perform assigned duties and freedom from communicable diseases, including tuberculosis. The physical examination and the tuberculin tests must have been taken by the employee no more than 90 days before the employee's submitting evidence of the same to the School Board. This physical examination shall be at the expense of the District employer.
