Any teacher who is teaching or is required to teach more than six (6) class presentations shall be compensated according to the Extra-Duty Compensation Schedule set forth in Appendix B. Selection shall be determined based upon qualifications and then seniority.

In accordance with the Illinois Teacher Retirement System, the teacher shall be at least fifty-five (55) years of age within six months of his/her last day of service. In addition, the teacher shall have twenty (20) or more years of creditable service with TRS. The teacher shall have fifteen (15) years or more years of full-time certified employment with the District.
