Base Salary Increase Yr1 — 3% increase on 2024-2025 base salary following the adjustment
Additionally, all teachers shall receive a 3% increase on their 2024-2025 base salary following the adjustment. Teachers beginning their second (2nd) year of service through ninth (9th) years of service shall receive $1,000 increase to their base salary.

A teacher shall be restricted to three paid extra-curricular activities per year. However, this limitation shall be waived if, after staff solicitation, no one other than a teacher indicates an interest in fulfilling an assignment.

Grievance Steps — Three-step grievance procedure: Step 1 - immediate supervisor within 30 days; Step 2 - Superintendent within 6 days; Step 3 - Board hearing
If sincere attempt to resolve grievance informally has been unsuccessful, grievant must present grievance in writing to immediate supervisor within thirty (30) days. If not resolved at step no. 1, grievant shall refer to Superintendent within six (6) days.
