Instructional Minutes Day — Early Childhood regular teacher workweek not to exceed 35 hours 40 minutes
For teachers in Early Childhood, the regular teacher workweek shall not exceed thirty-five (35) hours and forty (40) minutes, inclusive of a thirty (30) consecutive minute duty-free lunch.

Teachers dismissed as a result of Reduction in Force shall be allowed to remain in all insurance groups at the teacher's own expense during the eighteen (18) month recall period.
