The length of this leave will be three (3) working days per death.

Professional Development Reimbursement — District will reimburse teacher up to $8175.00 per credit hour for graduate courses meeting requirements
For graduate hours that meet the requirement above and taken in conjunction with the teacher meeting the recertification requirements, the District will reimburse the teacher up to one hundred seventy five and 00/100 dollars (8175.00) per credit hour. Maximum 8 semester hours per fiscal year; total $5500 per fiscal year.

During the 2024-2025 school year, the Board shall pay on behalf of each employee an amount equal to 1/3 of the member's contribution to the Teachers' Retirement System (TRS factor 1.030928). During the 2025-2026 school year, the Board shall pay 2/3 of the member's contribution to TRS (factor 1.063830). During the 2026-2027 school year and thereafter, the Board shall pay the full member contribution to Teachers' Retirement System (TRS factor 1.098901).
