Advanced Studies Reimbursement Pct — Maximum reimbursement 75% of Eastern Illinois University tuition rates
Personnel wishing to work toward advanced degrees will be reimbursed for tuition payments. The maximum amount reimbursed will be 75% of Eastern Illinois University tuition rates at the time the classes are taken.

An employee who receives tuition reimbursement from the district must remain on staff a minimum of three full school years or be required to repay the district for the cost of the last year of coursework reimbursed by the district at Eastern Illinois University rates.
