Arbitration Binding — Arbitration through American Arbitration Association is binding and final
Grievance submitted to final and binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, which shall act as the administrator of the proceedings.

Base Salary Increase Yr1 — 5% increase for returning teachers with 2022-2023 base salary over $66,000; 7.5% for those at $66,000 or less
Returning teachers whose 2022-2023 base salary was over $66,000 will receive a 5% increase over their 2022-2023 base salary. Returning teachers whose 2022-2023 base salary was $66,000 or less will receive a 7.5% increase over their 2022-2023 base salary.

Instructional Minutes Day — For full-time paraprofessionals, the work day shall be seven (7) hours forty (40) minutes, including thirty (30) minutes for lunch. On the last day of the work week, the total time a paraprofessional must be in school is reduced by fifteen (15) minutes.

Salary adjustments for educational advancements to masters or masters +32 will be limited to one (1) per contract year. Teachers shall notify the Business Office in writing, no later than June 1st.
