Off Schedule Bonus Yr1 — Head Teacher position receives $1,000 per year additional compensation if position is filled mid-year

The board agrees to pay from each non-certified employee's gross salary the district's annual contribution rate. If it is deemed necessary by the Board of Education to reduce personnel, the reductions shall be made in accordance with the Illinois School Code.
