The classroom teaching performance of all regular full-time non-tenured teachers shall be formally evaluated at least two (2) times a year. If a non-tenured teacher's regular workday/workweek involves both school buildings, both principals (one from each building) will either evaluate said teacher separately or twice together collaborating the final results of the two evaluations.

A hiring committee will be organized in cooperation with the Board of Education in selecting candidates for all administrative positions. This committee will be composed of three (3) teachers, one (1) non-certified employee, and representatives from the Board. Teacher representatives will be appointed by the Association President.

The Board will provide each eligible teacher seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) term life insurance coverage. Teachers may purchase additional insurance up to the maximum amount allowed by the insurance carrier.
