All Bus Monitors shall be eligible to receive an annual $750.00 stipend, payable on the December 15 payroll each year, for maintaining a valid license to operate a bus.

Evaluation Cycle Years — Non-tenured and tenured Licensed employees evaluated per East Moline School District 37 Professional Improvement Program. District evaluation committee consists of equal parts administration and Association members.
The evaluation of non-tenured and tenured Licensed employees shall be in accordance with the provisions as set forth in the East Moline School District 37 Professional Improvement Program. The district evaluation committee will consist of equal parts of administration and Association members for adequate representation on this committee.
