Additional Teaching Load Compensation Fraction — additional compensation at the rate of 1/7th of annual salary exclusive of extra duty pay for each teaching period assigned

The Superintendent and Association President shall each appoint three (3) persons to serve on a Labor Management Relations Committee (LMRC). The LMRC shall meet twice per year and as otherwise agreed by the parties.

Lane Advancement Allowed — Teacher may advance from one (1) educational lane to another upon submission of evidence of completed coursework
A teacher desiring to advance from one (1) educational lane to another must submit evidence of completed coursework no later than September 1 or January 31 of the school year that the teacher desires movement.
