Insurance
Employee Premium Share Pct — For employees hired prior to May 1, 2007: Board pays 95% of individual premium; employee pays 5%. For employees hired on or after May 1, 2007: Board pays 75% of individual premium; employee pays 25%.
For employees hired prior to May 1, 2007, the Board of Education shall pay 95% of the premium for each individual employee, and 65% of the additional cost for each employee electing employee/spouse, employee/dependent or family coverage. For employees hired on or after May 1, 2007, the Board of Education shall pay 75% of the premium
Grievance
Grievance Steps — Three-step grievance procedure: Step 1 to supervisor, Step 2 to Superintendent, Step 3 to binding arbitration
STEP 1 - The Grievant shall present the grievance in writing... STEP 2 - If the grievance is not resolved at Step 1... STEP 3 - If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step 2, the Association may submit the grievance to final and binding arbitration

Retirement System — IMRF - Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund for classified support staff

Sick Days Annual — Secretaries receive 13 days per year; Secretaries/Receptionists receive 12 days; Library Aides, Health Aide/Nurse, Teacher Aides and Student Aides receive 11 days
