The Board shall maintain an accidental death and dismemberment insurance program covering each employee on contractual service in the amount of $30,000 as per schedule of insurance for the employee.

Each employee shall be entitled to thirteen (13) sick leave days per school term without loss of pay. However, a teacher shall be eligible to receive more than thirteen (13) sick leave days at the start of a school year provided the teacher meets the following service requirements.
