The Board recognizes the Maroa-Forsyth Education Association, hereafter referred to as the "Association" as the sole and exclusive negotiating agent for all regularly employed certificated personnel, hereafter referred to as the "Employees".

Base Salary Increase Yr1 — 5.25% increase for 2026-2027
For the 2026-2027 school year, each returning teacher shall receive a salary increase of 5.25% of their 2025-2026 salary.
