Bargaining Committee Release Time — Teacher members of bargaining committee released from school duties to attend joint Union-Board negotiation meetings during school hours by agreement
Because of the importance of collective bargaining, the Board agrees that teacher members of the bargaining committee shall be released from school duties to attend joint Union-Board negotiation meetings if scheduled during school hours by agreement of the Board and the Union.

Base Salary Increase Yr1 — 6% increase in creditable earnings for first year of retirement incentive eligibility
In exchange for the teacher's binding, irrevocable resignation, the District agrees to remove the teacher from the salary schedule and for each year of eligibility the teacher's creditable earnings will be increased by six percent (6%) over the teacher's reportable creditable earnings for the prior year of employment.

The parties have jointly agreed to an Evaluation Plan pursuant to the requirements of 105 ILCS 5/24A-1, et seq. The procedures by which teachers are evaluated under this plan shall remain in place until it is changed, amended, or replaced by agreement of the parties to this agreement.

Extra Duty Pay Athletic Director — 18% of base salary
Athletic Director 18%. The indicated percentages will be computed on a base salary of where the teacher will fall on the top line of the salary schedule (year 1 at the teacher's education level)
