A sick leave bank shall be established for employees of the district represented by the Association. Each year, each teacher may donate one (1) day to the bank. If any such teacher or employee does not use the full amount of annual leave thus allowed, the unused days shall accumulate at full pay. All employees starting their thirtieth (30) year of teaching in public schools with at least ten (10) years of experience in the Meredosia-Chambersburg School District shall receive a bonus of .5 days sick leave for every day of the leave accumulated at that time.
