Tenure teachers who are rated as 'Excellent' or 'Proficient/Satisfactory' on their most recent summative evaluation will be evaluated at least once every two (2) years per 105 ILCS 5/24A-5.

Health Single Premium — Maximum of $620.90 per month ($7,450.80 annually) towards health and life insurance
The Board shall pay a maximum of six-hundred twenty dollars and ninety cents ($620.90) per month towards insurance for full-time certified staff

Imrf Eligibility Hours — ESP employees must work at least 600 hours per year to qualify for IMRF
Any ESP employee who is reasonably anticipated in advance will work more than six hundred (600) hours in the ensuing year shall be eligible for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF)
