Check Off System Notice Period — Union must notify employee of delinquency and provide 7 days to cure before termination
The Union first has notified he or she by letter addressed to the address last known to the Union concerning this delinquency in not tendering the periodic dues and initiation fees required under this Article, and warning he or she that unless such dues and fees are tendered within seven (7) days, he or she will be reported to the Board for termination from employment.

Health Family Premium — Dependent or Family Coverage deductible $6,200; Board reimburses 96% of additional deductible expenses
Dependent or Family Coverage - $6,200 deductible: Each employee electing employee plus one dependent or family coverage is responsible for the first $250 of the deductible expenses incurred by the employee, and the first $2,500 of the deductible expenses incurred by the employee's covered dependents and/or family members.

Single Coverage - $3,100 deductible: Each employee electing single coverage is responsible for the first $250 of the deductible. Thereafter, the Board will reimburse the employee 93% of additional deductible expenses from $250 to $3,100 up to a maximum total reimbursement of $2,625.

Off Schedule Bonus Yr1 — Longevity payment of 3% annually for teachers on final step with no step increase, increasing 3% each year thereafter
Once an employee qualifies for a longevity payment, that employee will continue to receive the annual longevity amount. Employees will receive a five percent (3%) increase to their annual longevity amount each year an employee does not receive a salary schedule step increase.

Retirement Pickup Pct — Teachers who retire from Oglesby Elementary School District No. 125 directly into the Illinois Teacher Retirement System will receive ten dollars ($10.00) for each accumulated sick day
Teachers who retire from Oglesby Elementary School District No. 125 directly into the Illinois Teacher Retirement System will receive ten dollars ($10.00) for each accumulated sick day in excess of sick days necessary and used to maximize retirees' TRS creditable service (up to a one thousand dollar ($1,000) reimbursable cap).

Step Increase — Step increases automatically provided on salary schedule; teachers on final step receive longevity payment
Teachers on the last step of a salary column who do not receive a step increase in a school year shall receive in each such school year a longevity payment in addition to the amount shown on the last step.

The Board of Education shall be responsible for providing four (4) uniforms per year for all employees covered by this Agreement. The laundering and care of the uniforms will be the responsibility of the employee.

Union Membership Required — Union membership required within 60 days for hired/rehired/reinstated employees after agreement effective date
Employees hired, rehired, or reinstated after the effective date of this agreement shall be required as a condition of continued employment to become members of the union on or within three days after the 60th day following the beginning of their employment.
