Ansi Test Requirement — ANSI test required every 3 years for all other employees
All other employees must take the ANSI test (3 year). The employee is responsible to pay for their test and must make an appointment at the Food Service Department to take the test in the Food Service office.

The arbitration shall be conducted under the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party shall bear the full cost of its representation in the arbitration. The cost of the arbitration shall be divided equally between the parties.

Automatic Termination Absent — Automatic termination for absence from work for three continuous work days without reporting reason to SCOPE supervisor
Notwithstanding the foregoing disciplinary procedure, any employee who shall be absent from work for three continuous work days without reporting the reason for such absence to a SCOPE supervisor shall be subject to automatic termination by the Coordinator (or designee), such termination to take effect as of the Employee's last day of attendance on the job.
