The Board shall grant regularly employed full-time teachers a maximum of two (2) bereavement days per school year without the loss of pay or sick leave, to attend the funeral(s) of immediate family.

The Employer shall reimburse each teacher $500 per fiscal year for continuing education in classes pertaining to his/her teaching field or work on an advanced degree in education.
