Arbitration Binding — Binding arbitration under AAA Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules
the Union may submit the grievance to binding arbitration under the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The request for arbitration shall be made within thirty (30) days after receiving the decision of the superintendent or his/her designee.
